How to track form abandonment in WordPress

  1. Add your website: As a preliminary step to setting up form abandonment in Google Tag Manager, you’ll need to just login to FormTracks & visit the Domains page and add your website where indicated in the screenshot below.

  2. Install code: in WordPress, you’ll want to add the Insiteful tracking script to the <head> of your website. You may be able to do this within your WordPress theme settings; otherwise, you can install the Insert Headers and Footers plugin, then copy & paste the code from the Install page to start tracking partial leads and form abandonment.
